When the original Audi TT concept was was unveiled at the 1995 Frankfurt Motor Show in Germany, it was instantly obvious that Audi had created one of the most iconic vehicles to grace Earth's pavement. Undoubtedly, the engineers of the time could not have known that the TT would go this far. The new Audi TT RS indeed pushes the sportscar envelope so hard it starts to encroach on the Audi R8 - whose instant popularity is clearly just. Wrapped in an aggressively styled shell of aluminum, the 340 horsepower beating heart of the singular coupé is yet another surprise - a return to Audi's rich heritage: a 2.5 liter five cylinder with a turbocharged twist.
