Loaner Vehicle Program

At Audi Mission Viejo, we understand that it’s difficult to be without your vehicle. When scheduling your service appointment, let your service advisor know that you would like alternate transportation. The loaner vehicle program has the following guidelines:

• You must be age 21 or older with a valid driver’s license and current insurance.
• A loaner vehicle is available for service work over two (2) hours. The only cost to you is a $6 cleaning and restocking fee, plus the fuel you use.
• In the unlikely event that we do not have an Audi vehicle available, we will arrange for a rental car.
• We are not responsible for personal effects left behind in the loaner vehicle, so please remember to collect your garage door opener, FasTrak, sunglasses, et cetera, from the vehicle.
