Audi MV Corona Virus Precautions & Changes


With the recent outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, many of our customers are practicing social distancing to combat the rapid spread of the disease. As a family owned business, we ourselves are taking precautions to do our part in keeping our employees, customers, and community safe. Because of this, there will be certain temporary changes that must be addressed.




YOUR SAFETY IS OUR #1 PRIORITY


1) Vehicle purchases will be personally delivered to our customers

In order to ensure that our customers may limit their exposure to crowds and social contact, vehicle purchases will be personally delivered directly by an Audi MV employee. This will also limit foot traffic in to our dealership, increasing safety for our service customers and employees.


2) We will pick up & drop off service customers' vehicles

Customers may request that our staff come to pick up their vehicle should they need it serviced. We understand that vehicle service is essential to the safety of all drivers, and we do not want any of our customers to put themselves at risk or past their comfort zones. An employee will be happy to drop it back off again once service is completed.


3) Staff will be split into 2 groups - working different schedules

Half of our staff will be working Monday - Wednesday, with the other half working Thursday - Saturday, and both groups alternating Sundays. Because of this, customers coming in to our dealership may interact with a different Manager or Service Advisor from one day to the next.


4) Hours of operation will be temporarily changed

Sales

Managers on duty until 6pm

Parts & Service

Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm
Saturday: 8am - 5pm
